Senate Bill 754 (PN 1543)(Browne) - This bill amends the
Professional Nursing Law to establish a Statewide peer assistance
program to be known as the Nurses Health Program.
Senate Bill 1104 (PN1545)(Tomlinson) - This bill amends the
Underground Utility Line Protection Law, referred to as the One Call
System, which is scheduled to sunset December 31, 2006. The legislation
would reestablish Act 187 of 1996, setting a new ten-year expiration
date of December 31, 2016.

Senate Bill 917 (PN 1544)(Pileggi) - This bill amends the Real
Estate Appraisers Certification Act to add new catagories of "licensed
appraiser" and "appraiser trainee."

under seal and the failure to include signed statements to create
irrebuttable presumptions.

designate a barber-manager or another lelcensee to be in charge of the
barber shop.
