HB 1902 (Rubley)
The bill amends the
Municipal Waste Planning, Recycling and Waste Reduction Act by requiring
municipalities receiving more than $10,000 in performance grants funding
to meet certain requirements and by changing the sunset date from 2009
to 2012 on the $2/ton recycling fee.
