House Bill 684 (PN 4032)(Markosek) This bill provides for the establishment of an automotive fuel testing and disclosure program under the authority of the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. 

House Bill 1199 (PN 4033)(Thomas) This bill amends the Physical Therapy Practice Act by removing language pertaining to the certification of athletic trainers who are regulated by the State Board of Medicine. It also further provides for the classification and practice requirements of physical therapy assistants.

House Bill 1693 (PN 3393)(Gergely) This bill amends the Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors Act to provide for endorsement of out-of-state licensed clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, and professional counselors and provide title protection to the use of "social worker".

Senate Resolution 206 (PN 1817)(Rhoades) This resolution directs the LB&FC to study the improvement and enhancement of telecommunication coverage in the cell phone industry and report its findings, conclusions and recommendations before June 1, 2008.
