Senate Bill 925 (PN 1115)(Tomlinson) This bill amends the Massage Therapy Law further providing for qualification for licensure by including the community college's program as an eligible school to teach massage therapy.

House Bill 703 (PN 776)(Burns) This bill amends the Landscape Architects Registration Law further providing for application for license and qualifications.

As Amended (unanimously):

Senate Bill 973 (PN 1206)(Tomlinson) This bill amends the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act by defining "home improvement retailer" and changing the amounts relative to contract levels per contractors. 

House Bill 416 (PN 2247)(Barbin) This bill amends Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) further defining the offense of impersonating a notary public.

House Bill 1342 (PN 1089)(Stevenson) This bill amends the Cigarette Fire Safety and Firefighter Protection Act by extending the compliance date.

As Amended (unanimously):

Senate Bill 921 (PN 1139)(Tomlinson) This bill amends the Board of Vehicles Act to prohibit the unreasonable expansion, construction, or significant modification of dealer facilities. 

As Amended (11-1):

Senate Bill 187 (PN 1138)(Greenleaf) This bill amends the Occupational Therapy Practice Act by raising the per diem paid to board members and providing for an impaired professionals program.

Senate Bill 241 (PN 246)(Tomlison) This bill amends the Real Estate Licensing and Registration Act defining "qualified association" and further providing for prohibited acts and for duties of licensees along with the handling of deposits and escrows.

Senate Bill 304 (PN 303)(Corman) This bill amends the Telemarketer Registration Act further providing for duration of a listing.

Senate Bill 642 (PN 697)(Tomlinson) This bill amends the Sign Language Interpreter and Transliterator State Registration Act further providing for information, registration violations and suspension.

Senate Resolution 53 (PN 680)(Tomlinson) This resolution designates the month of April 2009 as Pennsylvania One Call System Month.

Senate Bill 149 (PN 780)(Greenleaf) This bill amends Title 68 (Real and Personal Property) establishing the Pennsylvania Board of Home Inspectors.

Senate Bill 464 (PN 781)(Browne) This bill provides for use of volunteer time by health care professionals in meeting continuing education requirements.
