The Senate Game and Fisheries committee met on Tuesday, June 15, 2010
and reported the following bills to the floor by a unanimous 11-0 vote.

SB 1272 – PN 1761 (Alloway) This bill allows for the
transfer of a permit between a licensed mentor hunter and a youth hunter
who is participating in the mentored hunting program.
HB 94 – PN 86 (Staback) This bill
changes the eligibility requirements that allow certain members of the
Pennsylvania National Guard and its reserve component to receive a
hunting license at a reduced cost.
HB 460 – PN 3362 (Goodman) This bill removes the requirement and
penalty for the non-display of hunting licenses.

to further provide for license fees for deployed Pennsylvania National
Guard members and for resident license and fee exemptions.
Senate Bill 302 (PN 301)(Baker) This bill amends Title 34 (Game)
to further provide for resident license and fee exemptions for deployed
Pennsylvania National Guard members.
Senate Bill 535 (PN 542)(Fontana) This bill amends Title 34
(Game) to further provide for license requirements.
House Bill 281 (PN 1536)(Daley) This bill amends Title 34 (Game)
to permit the transfer of permits from a licensed mentor hunter to a
youth hunter who is participating in the Mentored Youth Hunting program.

Senate Bill 574 (PN 945)(Earll) This bill amends Title 30 (Fish)
further providing for Lake Erie fishing permits.
