The bill amends the Liquor Code by further providing for the definitions
of “eligible entity” and “public venue” and further providing for hotel
licenses.
HB 115 (Waters)
The bill amends the Liquor Code by requiring managers to undergo
Responsible Alcohol Management Training, provides for exceptions to
interlocking businesses and further provides for hotel licenses.
