SB 883 (Waugh) The bill creates the Pennsylvania Law Enforcement Officer Alert System.

Reported Out as Amended

HB 48 (O’Brien) The bill amends the Liquor Code by further providing for the definitions of “eligible entity” and “public venue” and further providing for hotel licenses.

HB 115 (Waters) The bill amends the Liquor Code by requiring managers to undergo Responsible Alcohol Management Training, provides for exceptions to interlocking businesses and further provides for hotel licenses.

SB 44 (Greenleaf) The bill amends the Liquor Code by providing a tracking system for beer kegs.

SB 572 (Rafferty) The bill amends the Administrative Code by further providing for the Pennsylvania State Police.

Reported Out as Amended

SB 487 (Rafferty) The bill amends the Liquor Code by permitting individuals to bring up to 256 of wine into the state.

SB 81 (Earll) The bill amends the Liquor Code by providing an exemption to interlocking business prohibition for a board member of a Third Class County Convention Center Authority.
