SB 106 (Ward) The legislation proposes an amendment to the Pennsylvania Constitution to provide a limitation on the length of session.

SB 107 (Pileggi) This bill requires the Treasurer to post the salaries of certain governmental employees on the Internet and to update the information each month.

SB 491 (M. White) The bill authorizes the Department of General Services to grant and convey, at a price to be determined through a competitive bid process, certain lands, buildings and improvements located in the City of Oil City, Venango County.

SB 492 (M. White) The bill authorizes the Department of General Services to grant and convey, at a price to be determined through a competitive bid process, certain lands, buildings and improvements located in the Second Ward of the City of Corry, Erie County.

HB 109 (Manderino) The authorizes Lower Merion Township, Montgomery County, to sell and convey certain Project 70 lands free of restrictions imposed by the Project 70 Land Acquisition and Borrowing Act, in return for the imposition of Project 70 restrictions on other land to be acquired by the township.

HB 348 (Staback) The bill authorizes the Department of General Services to grant and convey to the Waymart Area Historical Society, or its assigns, certain land, buildings and improvements located in the Township of Canaan, Wayne County.

SB 14 (Mellow) The bill authorizes the Borough of Old Forge, Lackawanna County, to transfer, sell and convey certain Project 70 lands free of restrictions imposed by the Project 70 Land Acquisition and Borrowing Act. (Unanimously)

SB 896 (Scarnati) The legislation amends Title 65 (Public Officers) by requiring the Department of State to post on its internet website the filing of registration and reporting forms within seven days once they are received. (Unanimously)

SB 904 (Dinniman) The bill authorizes the Department of General Services to grant and convey to West Bradford  Township, certain lands located in West Bradford Township, Chester County. (Unanimously)

SB 969 (Eichelberger) The bill authorizes the Department of General Services to grant and convey to Altoona Regional Health System certain lands located in the City of Altoona, Blair County. (Unanimously)

SR 51 (Folmer) The Senate resolves that the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby claims sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States over all powers not otherwise enumerated and granted to the Federal Government by the Constitution of the United States. (6-5 vote)

SR 127 (Williams) The resolution urges the Commonwealth and all of its departments, agencies, boards and commissions to procure and utilize, where possible, Pennsylvania remanufactured automobile parts and equipment. (Unanimously)

HB 1392 (Gibbons) The bill authorizes the release of Project 70 restrictions imposed on certain land owned by Beaver County. (Unanimously)

SB 852 (Argall) The bill authorizes the Department of General Services to grant and convey to the Schuylkill YMCA certain lands and building located in the City of Pottsville, Schuylkill County.

SB 33 (Pileggi) The bill amends the Election Code by further providing restrictions on alteration of boundaries of election districts.

SB 54 (Piccola) The legislation authorizes the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor, to grant and convey to Susquehanna Township a pedestrian easement over and through certain lands situate in Susquehanna Township, Dauphin County, for $1.

SB 101 (Smucker) The legislation amends the Sunshine Act to increase penalties for violations.

SB 167 (Tomlinson) The legislation amends the Administrative Code by changing fees chargeable by the Department of State for authorization of a document for recognition by a foreign government (apostille) or certification required in an international adoption proceeding from fifteen dollars to five dollars.

SB  817 (Vance) The bill authorizes the Department of General Services to grant and convey to East Pennsboro Township certain lands situate in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County and also authorizes the Department of General Services to remove and release the residential use and subdivision restrictions imposed on certain lands situate in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County.

SB 486 (Vance) This joint resolution proposes an amendment to the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania further providing for absentee voting.

SB 536 (Folmer) The bill authorizes the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor, to grant and convey to Tad W. Hippensteel a pedestrian and vehicular access easement over certain lands situate in Mount Joy Township, Lancaster County.

SB 568 (Dinniman) The bill authorizes the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Department of Military Veterans Affairs and the Governor, to grant and convey to East Vincent Township, certain lands situated in East Vincent Township, Chester County.
