imposition of Project 70 restrictions on other land to be acquired by
the township.

The bill

The Senate resolves that the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby claims
sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United

Federal Government by the Constitution of the United States. (6-5 vote)
SR 127 (Williams)
The resolution urges the Commonwealth and all of its departments,

increase penalties for violations.

authorization of a document for recognition by a foreign government (apostille)
or certification required in an international adoption proceeding from
fifteen dollars to five dollars.
SB 817 (Vance) The bill authorizes the Department of General

situate in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County and also
authorizes the Department of General Services to remove and release the
residential use and subdivision restrictions imposed on certain lands
situate in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County.
