Senate Resolution 206 (P.N. 1921)(Corman) - Memorializing Congress to amend the Fair Credit Reporting Act to permit victims of identity theft to bring suit any time within two years of discovery of the fraud.

Senate Resolution 210 (P.N. 1924)(Mowery) - Urging the Congress of the U.S. to permanently eliminate the 15% cut in the Medicare home health benefit scheduled to go into effect on October 1, 2002, and extend the 10% rural add-on to Medicare home health providers. Calls upon the President to support Congress in this effort.

Senate Resolution 211 (P.N. 1925)(Conti) - Urges Congress to sustain the President's affirmative decision on the U. S. Department of Energy's recommendation on a Federal repository for used nuclear fuel at Yucca Mountain, Nevada.

Senate Resolution 213 (P.N. 1926)(Dent) - Memorializing the Governor of New Jersey, James E. McGreevey, to maintain the Pa.-New Jersey Reciprocity Agreement regarding individual income taxes.

Senate Resolution 221 (P.N. 1966)(D. White) - Urging the Congress of the U.S. to extend the tax credit under section 29 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to continue to provide a reliable, secure and fair-priced supply of natural gas to U.S. gas consumers.

Senate Resolution 223 (P.N. 1957)(Mowery) - Designating the month of May 2002 as "Mental Health Month" in Pennsylvania.

Senate Resolution 228 (P.N. 1980)(Erickson) - Reaffirming the Pennsylvania General Assembly's support for the Delaware River Channel Deepening Project.

Senate Resolution 229 (P.N. 1981)(Waugh) - Memorializing the President and Congress of the U.S. to reexamine the level of funding for veterans medical services in order to provide timely, high-quality service to veterans of U.S. military services.

House Bill 900 (P.N. 2998)(Steil) - This bill provides for multistate sales and use tax administration for commerce. It will be a simplified sales and use tax system that will reduce and over time eliminate the burden and cost for all vendors to collect this State's sales and use tax.

Senate Resolution 216 (P.N. 1947)(Jubelirer) - Informing the National Science Foundation of the support of the Senate of Pa. for the Basic Education/Higher Education Science and Technology Partnership currently serving the Commonwealth and urging funding for this effort through the foundation's Math and Science Partnership. (A2318) Amendment is only technical and removes the language stating the Subcommittee on School Finance of the Senate.
