As Amended (unanimously):
House Bill 2005 (PN 3790) (Ross) This bill was amended via a Thompson
amendment that was actually offered by Gerlach. The amendment removed
language that was added to the bill during house pasage. With the adoption
of the Thompson/Gerlach amendment the bill in essence reverted to it's
original printer's number. The original printer's number amends the County
Code to permit the county commissioners to appropriate money for the
payment of a solicitor for a county controller or county auditor.
