Tartaglione will visit a local elementary
school tomorrow to discuss the progress of a
new program that puts computers and Internet
access into the homes of dozens of
elementary school students. The program is
funded by a $250,000 state grant, sponsored
by Sen. Tartaglione, and is a partnership
between the School District of Philadelphia
and Penn State University.
