ANNOUNCES LAUNCH OF WEBSITE

– Sen. LeAnna M. Washinton today announced
the opening of her on-line office:
www.SenatorWashington.com.
“My new Web site provides easy access to a
wide variety of information about state
government and services,” Washington said.
“Constituents can get answers to their
questions from the comfort of their homes,
24 hours a day, seven days a week.”
Washington’s Web site includes
links to state services for seniors, health
insurance for children and aid for college
students. Visitors can research
legislation, get updates on new initiatives
and get contact information for dozens of
state and local agencies.
“It is important to me to keep in
touch with constituents and help them find
their way through the maze of state
government,” Washington said. “The Web site
is an important tool in that effort. It’s
an office that never closes.” |
