SENATOR WASHINGTON HOSTS 10^th ANNUAL WADSWORTH DAY

WHAT:      The 10^th Annual Wadsworth Day – “Bridging the Gap – Families and Communities”

WHEN:      Saturday, September 17 at 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

WHERE:    The 1500 and 1600 blocks of Wadsworth Avenue, between Cheltenham and
                 Michener Avenues, Philadelphia, PA.
                 The rain date is September 18.

DETAILS:  The event will include an array of activities, including free health screenings and community service awards, children’s rides, food vendors, entertainment and free refreshments.  The PennDOT Mobile will also be there to assist constituents with state transportation and other transportation issues.  Patty Jackson of WDAS-FM will provide live coverage.
