VENDORS MUST REGISTER FOR 12^TH ANNUAL WADSWORTH DAY

            HARRISBURG, July 3 – State Sen. LeAnna M. Washington (D-Philadelphia/Montgomery) invites vendors interested in participating in the 12^th Annual Wadsworth Day to register by picking up applications at her office, 1555-A Wadsworth Ave., Philadelphia.

            This year’s festivities will take place from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2007. The rain date is Sunday, Sept. 16, 2007.

            Interested vendors may pick up their applications at the Wadsworth Avenue office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.

            Non-food vendors must submit their application and fee no later than Tuesday, Sept. 4.

            Food vendors must submit a copy of their food-vending license with their application fee by Tuesday, Sept. 4. 

            All application fees paid after Tuesday, Sept. 4 must be made in cash. Spaces will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis on the day of the event. No vendors will be permitted to set up prior to 7 a.m. on Sept. 15.
