DETAILS: State Sen. Vincent Hughes, in partnership with various civic organizations and private institutions, will hold a youth rally to promote the need for jobs and training opportunities for youth.

                The rally is part of Hughes’ ongoing campaign to gain support for Senate Bill 555 -- also known as the Youth Empowerment Services (YES) Act which calls for $100 million in state funds to expand the availability of high-quality jobs and provide work readiness, career preparation and employment support for young adults ages 14-21.
