WHO:        State Senator Shirley Kitchen and the Philadelphia Voter Registration Office

WHAT:      Youth Voter Registration Drive

                 Noon to 3 p.m.

DETAILS:  The drive will provide services to help young adults become registered voters.  The event will also feature music, entertainment, and free food.
