KITCHEN ANNOUNCES MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE AND PUBLIC UTILITY CLINIC

            PHILADELPHIA, November 27 — State Sen. Shirley M. Kitchen will once again host an upcoming Mortgage Foreclosure and Public Utility Clinic, with the goal of assisting constituents who are facing foreclosure, suffering from a predatory mortgage loan or struggling to pay for their utilities this winter.

            “I urge all homeowners in need of assistance to take advantage of this opportunity to learn about their options,” Kitchen said. “Families should not be left in the cold this winter. There are solutions.”

            The free clinic will take place on Saturday, Dec. 8 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Holy Trinity Presbyterian Church, 1100 W. Rockland St.

Participants can learn more about mortgage foreclosures, disputes, debt collection, real estate fraud and more from attorneys Robert Cocco and Matthew Weisberg.

Additionally, participants can talk one on one with authorized representatives from PECO, PGW, the Water Revenue Bureau and more.
