DETAILS:         Sen. Kitchen will join members of the Senate Judiciary Committee for a public hearing on state funding for county offices of probation and parole. The committee will hear testimony from Philip R. Durgin, executive director of the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee; Louise Carpino, president of Local 810, AFSCME with adult probation officers Judith Slagoff and Duane Archie; Angus Love, executive director of the Pennsylvania Institutional Law Project; Conway Bushey, executive director of the County Probation and Parole Officers Association; and Michael Potteiger, chief adult probation officer for Dauphin County and president of the CPPOA.
