KITCHEN ANNOUNCES MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE &
PUBLIC UTILITY CLINICS

PHILADELPHIA,
November 19—The
public still has two opportunities to attend
the free Mortgage Foreclosure and Public
Utility Clinics, hosted by state Sen.
Shirley Kitchen.
The clinics will help constituents who are
facing foreclosure, suffering from a
predatory mortgage loan or wondering how to
pay for their utilities this winter.
“Whether a homeowner is facing mounting
mortgage bills or utility bills, this
workshop series is the place to talk to
experts and find real solutions to their
issues,” Kitchen said. “I encourage
everyone to attend these free workshops.”
The community is welcome to attend the
following upcoming clinics:

Saturday, Nov. 22
from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 8th
Street Community Baptist Church, 3760 N.
8th St. (8th and
Butler)

Saturday, Dec. 6
from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Holy Trinity
Bethlehem Presbyterian Church, 1100 W.
Rockland St.
Residents are invited to talk one on one
with authorized representatives from LIHEAP,
PECO, PGW, the Water Revenue Bureau,
Neighborhood Energy Centers and more.
Participants can also learn more about
mortgage foreclosures, disputes, debt
collection, real estate fraud and more from
experts.
Refreshments will be served at each event.
