WHERE:           8^th Street Community Baptist Church, 3760 N. 8^th St. (8^th and Butler), Philadelphia

DETAILS:         Sen. Kitchen will host the free clinic, which will help constituents who are facing foreclosure, suffering from a predatory mortgage loan or wondering how to pay for their utilities this winter. Authorized representatives from LIHEAP, PECO, PGW, the Water Revenue Bureau, Neighborhood Energy Centers and more will be on hand.
