WHAT:             Criminal Justice Seminar 

WHEN:             Saturday, Aug. 22
                        10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
 

WHERE:           Deliverance Evangelistic Church, 2001 W. Lehigh Ave., Philadelphia 

DETAILS:         At the seminar, representatives from Philadelphia Police Department, Philadelphia Judicial System, Public Defender’s Office, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, Philadelphia Prison System, Board of Probation and Parole and more will give attendees a roadmap of the criminal justice system. 

They will discuss various topics, including, “I was Arrested: What Happens Now?” “Sentencing: Navigating the Prison System,” “The Next Step: Life After Incarceration,” “Clearing Your Record: Getting Your Record Expunged,” and more. There will also be free refreshments, demonstrations and exhibitors.
