HARRISBURG, April 15 -
State John N. Wozniak today announced that
veterans of the Persian Gulf Conflict can
obtain a bonus application at any of his

“Passing legislation to allow for these
bonuses was only the first step,” Wozniak
said. “Now, we have to do everything we can
to make sure veterans and their families
know that they are available and make sure
they apply.”
Act 29 of 2006 provides bonuses for eligible
Pennsylvania Persian Gulf veterans, as well
as certain surviving relatives of deceased
veterans. To qualify, a service member must

Gulf Theater of Operations from August
2, 1990, until August 31, 1991, and
received the Southwest Asia Service

the time of active service.
An eligible veteran may receive $75 per
