WOZNIAK ANNOUNCES GRANT FOR CASTANEA SEWER PLAN

Wozniak

HARRISBURG, April 30 – State Sen. John N. Wozniak announced today that a state grant will help a Clinton County Township prepare sewage plans.

“We face an enormous challenge in this century to better prepare for growing populations and development and preserve rivers and bays,” Wozniak said. “The best way to balance the need to preserve the environment and boost our economy is to plan in advance.”

The grant of $5,885 will be used to reimburse half of Castanea Township’s cost of preparing the official sewage plan and revisions to official plans as required under Act 537.
