The Senate voted unanimously in favor of House Bill 33.  This Act would lease land to Pine Township (Clearfield County) for $1.

The property consists of 2.481 acres and must be used for township purposes or the lease would be terminated.   Within certain guidelines, it could be used for recycling, but it could not be used as a municipal waste transfer station.

The bill will now go to the Governor.
