            The Senate unanimously passed Senate Bill 721, which would make Pennsylvania law consistent with the federal minimum requirements by recognizing three classes of certified real estate appraisers.

            This bill would make PA law recognize Certified Residential Appraisers, Certified General Appraisers, and Broker/Appraiser as classes of certified real estate appraisers.  It would also authorize the issuing of an Appraiser trainee license.
