Senate Bill 1403 (Alloway): Amends Title 34 to provide liability protection to landowners

House Bill 1236 (J. Evans): Amends Title 30 to provide for the reduced cost fishing license for members of the PA National Guard and Reserves component of the armed forces.

House Bill 1237 (J. Evans): Amends Title 34 to provide for the reduced cost fishing license for members of the PA National Guard and Reserves component of the armed forces.

Senate Bill 473 (Vance): amending Title 30 (Fish) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for license fee for deployed Pennsylvania National Guard members and for resident license and fee exemptions.

Senate Bill 502 (Fontana): amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for license requirements.

Senate Bill 853 (Baker): amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in hunting and furtaking licenses, further providing for resident license and fee exemptions for deployed Pennsylvania National Guard members.

House Bill 78 (Benninghoff): amending Title 30 (Fish) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the offense of homicide by watercraft while operating under influence


The Senate Game & Fisheries Committee met February 14, 2011 and reported out the following legislation as amended.

Senate Bill 274 (Alloway) This legislation would permit the PGC to promulgate regulations that would allow the transfer of tags from a licensed mentor hunter to a youth mentor hunter who is being introduced to the sport.  The legislation stipulates that only one antlerless tag maybe transferred from a licensed mentor hunter to a youth mentor hunter during each year.

Senate Bill 387 (Alloway) This legislation would Title 34 (Game) §2706 to allow all hunting license issuing agents to sell the reduced-fee military personnel licenses, Pennsylvania National Guard hunting licenses, and Reserve component hunting licenses.
