Earlier this month Gov. Ed Rendell
delivered his budget address to the
members of the General Assembly. In the
upcoming weeks, the House and Senate
Appropriations Committees will be
holding a series of hearings to discuss
the details of the budget. I encourage
citizens to actively participate by
attending the Capitol hearings.
The hearings will run through March 5 and
can be accessed at
www.pasenate.com. They will also be broadcast by the PCN television network.
