SB 799, PN 1985 (Robbins) – The bill amends the Self-Service Storage Facility Act by revising the notice requirements relating to lien enforcement and allows modernization for both tenant notification and auction announcements. A vote of 43-3 was recorded.
SB 1255, PN 1986 (Erickson) – This legislation establishes the implementation of programs enhancing storm water best management practices. A vote of 46-0 was recorded.
SB 1287, PN 1840 (Yaw) – The bill updates the definition of ATVs which will allow for titling and registration of innovative new vehicles. A vote of 46-0 was recorded.
SR 304, PN 1827 (Greenleaf) – This resolution directs the Joint State Government Commission to establish an advisory committee to conduct a study of the Juvenile Act and related issues. The Senate adopted the resolution.
