SB 110, PN 2051 (Smucker) – This bill amends Title 74 (Transportation) to require that certain information be provided about the use of the Commonwealth’s aircraft and the information would be maintained on PennDOT’s website.  The Senate concurred in House amendments by a vote of 49-0.

SB 730, PN 2034 (Gordner) – The bill amends the Second Class Township Code (P.L. 103, No. 69 of 1933) by amending Section 1503 to permit a township to transfer real and personal property to a council of governments (COGs) or any other entity created by an intergovernmental cooperation agreement without following public notification and bidding requirements.  The Senate concurred in House amendments by a vote of 49-0.

HB 469, PN 2756 (Cox) – The bill amends the Practical Nurse Law, allowing only individuals licensed as registered nurses or practical nurses to use the title “nurse.”  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.
