SB 157, PN 2076 (Fontana) – This legislation creates a Task Force on Homeless Children’s Education that is charged with examining the educational needs and status of homeless children in this Commonwealth in order to develop and recommend a statewide proposal to provide a strong educational foundation for homeless children.  A vote of 44-0 was recorded.

SB 466, PN 455 (Browne) – This legislation amends Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for death action.  A vote of 44-0 was recorded.

SB 1296, PN 1983 (Piccola) – This legislation amends the Public School Code of 1949 to provide for greater transparency and accountability in superintendent and assistant superintendent contracts by setting new requirements for the content of those contracts and subjecting them to the Right-to-Know Law.  A vote of 44-0 was recorded.
