SB 607, PN 1605 (Browne)-An Act providing standards for carbon monoxide alarms; and imposing penalties.  The Senate concurred on House amendments.  A vote of 47-1 was recorded.

SB 1042, PN1578 (Vance)-Amends the act of September 26, 1951 (P.L.1539, No.389), known as The Clinical Laboratory Act, further providing for definitions, for inspection, for unlawful conduct and for penalty.    The Senate concurred on House amendments.  A vote of  48-0 was recorded.

SB 1131, PN 1577 (Argall)-Amends Title 3 (Agriculture) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in weights and measures, further providing for potatoes.  The Senate concurred on House amendments.  A vote of  48-0 was recorded.

SB 990, PN 1215 (Browne)-Amends the act of February 14, 1986 (P.L.2, No.2), known as the Acupuncture Licensure Act, further providing for medical diagnosis; and providing for liability insurance.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

SB 1040, PN 1277 (Eichelberger)-Provides for manner of providing proof of financial responsibility, for required financial responsibility, and for availability of uninsured, bodily/property damage coverage, and mandatory deductibles.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

B 1168, PN 1546 (Greenleaf)-Amends §5704 of the Crimes Code, Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, to expand the exception in the Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act for recording devices mounted in a law enforcement officer’s vehicle to include mobile devices carried or worn by the officer.  A vote of 46-2 was recorded.

HB 1439, PN 2682 (Hahn)- amends Title 53 Municipalities Generally (2A through 8th class counties) by exempting certain agricultural structures from assessment as real estate.  A vote of  48-0 was recorded.

SR 273, PN 1622 (Scarnati)- A Resolution directing the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to study the current condition and future viability of gaming in this Commonwealth. A vote of  47-1 was recorded.
