HB 321, PN 2693 (Toepel)-Amends the Judicial Code (Title 42) to provide a sentencing enhancement for offenses involving child pornography and amends the Crimes Code (Title 18) to clarify language regarding “second or subsequent offense. A vote of  49-0 was recorded.

SB 814, PN 1625 (Gordner)-Amends the act of December 22, 1983 (P.L.306, No.84), known as the Board of Vehicles Act, defining “out-of-State recreational vehicle dealer”; further defining “recreational vehicle show”; and further providing for grounds for disciplinary proceedings and for requirements for out-of-State recreational vehicle dealers for recreational vehicle shows, recreational vehicle off-premise sales, recreational exhibitions and recreational vehicle rallies.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 885, PN 984 (Vulakovich)-Designates the River City Brass Band as the official brass band of Pennsylvania.  A vote   of  49-0 was recorded.

HB 1247, PN 1589 (Stern)-Authorizes the release of Project 70 restrictions imposed on Commonwealth land located in Woodbury Township, Blair County in return for the imposition of Project 70 restrictions on another parcel of land being conveyed to the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission.   A vote of  49-0 was recorded.
