SB 125, PN 1333:  The bill amends the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act by making the knowing possession of ephedrine pseudoephedrine, phenylpropanolamine or a product containing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, phenylpropanolamine, or any of their salts, optical isomers or salts of optical isomers with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine a specific violation of the act.  The violation would be misdemeanor.  The Senate concurred in House amendments by a vote of 49-0.

SB 908, PN 1626:  This legislation amends the Third Class City Code pertaining to municipal police and firefighter civil service provisions.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 909, PN 1627:  This legislation amends the First Class Township Code pertaining to municipal police and firefighter civil service provisions.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 910, PN 1628:  This legislation amends the Borough Code pertaining to municipal police and firefighter civil service provisions.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 911, PN 1629:  This legislation amends Act 272 of 1933 pertaining to firefighter civil service provisions in third class cities.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 912, PN 1630:  This legislation amends Act 427 of 1945 pertaining to firefighter civil service provisions in incorporated towns.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 913, PN 1631:  This legislation amends Act 45 of 1941 pertaining to police civil service provisions in incorporated towns.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

HB 1030, PN 2434:  The bill authorizes the Department of General Services, to grant and convey, at a price to be determined through a competitive bid process, certain lands, buildings and improvements located in the City of Oil City, Venango County and the bill also authorizes the Department of General Services, to grant and convey, certain lands, buildings and improvements located in the First Ward of the City of Meadville, Crawford County.  Senator Mellow offered amendment A5584 which states that the conveyed land cannot be used as a license gaming facility.  The Senate agrees to the amendment and the bill went over as amended.

SB 213, PN 1664:  The legislation establishes that Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunities for Military Children Act.  This allows Pennsylvania to enter into the Interstate Compact in order to make education more accessible to children of military families and make school transfers and transitions more uniform. Senator Robbins offered amendment A5596 which was technical in nature.  The Senate agreed to the amendment and the bill went over as amended.

SR 230, PN 1615:  This resolution honors the Boy Scouts of America on its centennial anniversary.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.
