SB 52, PN 1896 (Greenleaf) – Amends Title 75 (Vehicles) to provide for the operation of neighborhood electric vehicles on certain highways within the Commonwealth.  A vote of 41-9 was recorded.

HB 170, PN 114 (Miller) – Amends Title 75 (Vehicles) as it pertains to the proper use of pedalcycles on the roadway and the passing of pedalcycles by motor vehicles.  A vote of 45-5 was recorded.

SB 1019, PN 1300 (Argall) – Amends the Prisons and Parole Code to provide for the salaries of corrections managers in the Department of Corrections.  A vote of 45-5 was recorded.

SB 1147, PN 1346 (Argall) – Amends Title 75 (Vehicles) to add the movement of cryogenic liquid to those commodities allowed to obtain an annual permit from PennDOT for movement on the state highway system.  Senator Brubaker offered Amendment A08255, which increases the gross weight of trucks for egg transportation.  The amendment was agreed to and the bill moved up as amended.

HB 1294, PN 2998 (Godshall) – Amends Title 66 (Public Utilities) further providing for the recovery of the costs of distribution system improvement projects.  Senator Boscola offered Amendment A08277, which was technical in nature.  The amendment was agreed to and the bill moved up as amended.

SR 216, PN 1868 (Argall) – Directs the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to conduct a study of the malt beverage brewing industry in Pennsylvania.  Senator Argall offered Amendment A08218, which was technical in nature.  The amendment was agreed to and the resolution went over as amended.
