SB 621 PN 2027: An Act relating to compliance with the Federal REAL ID Act of 2005. The bill passed unanimously, 50-0.

SB 1057 PN 1349: An Act amending the act of December 22, 1983 (P.L.306, No.84), known as the Board of Vehicles Act, further providing for definitions, for licensure and for State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons. The bill passed unanimously, 50-0.

SR 228 PN 2063: A Resolution providing for the adoption of Ethical Conduct Rules of the Senate. The Resolution was adopted unanimously, 50-0.

SR 344 PN 2067A Resolution directing the Joint State Government Commission to establish a criminal justice advisory committee to study the issues of high violent crime rates, low conviction rates, the bail system, witness intimidation and any other relevant issues regarding the criminal justice system in Philadelphia to develop solutions for problems that are identified and to make a report to the Senate with recommendations.  Senator Costa offered Amendment 07721, which was approved unanimously. The Resolution was adopted as amended unanimously, 50-0.
