HB 807, PN 3586 (Sonney) – This bill amends the “Biofuel Development and In-State Production Incentive Act” to provide for blending and registration requirements and for establishing penalties for violations of the act.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

SB 920, PN 2301 (Browne) – This legislation creates the “Carbon Monoxide Alarm Standards Act,” which regulates the installation, maintenance and requirements of carbon monoxide alarms in Pennsylvania.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

HB 1349, PN 3773 (Pickett) – The bill amends the Regulatory Act by requiring state agencies to consider the impact of proposed regulations on small businesses.  Senator Ferlo offered amendment A12110, which adds a sunset provision to the bill so that the impact of the legislation could be reviewed at that time.  The amendment failed 15-33.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded on the bill.

HB 1539, PN 3689 (Saylor) – This legislation amends the Workforce Development Act to establish the Keystone Works Program.  Senator Waugh offered amendment A12107 on behalf of Senator Gordner, which was technical in nature.  The amendment was agreed to and the bill was rereferred to the Committee on Appropriations.

SB 1551, PN 2300 (Greenleaf) – This bill amends Title 74 to designate the U.S. Route 202 Parkway as a scenic byway.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

HB 1960, PN 2674 (Vulakovich) – The legislation amends the Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Centers Act by defining the term “child” as well as removing some language.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded.
