HB 666, PN 3796:  The bill authorizes the Department of General Services to grant and convey to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development and the Philadelphia Regional Port Authority certain lands located in the 39th Ward of the City of Philadelphia.  Senator Farnese offered amendment A07777, which further describes the land being conveyed.  The Senate agreed to the amendment and the bill went over in its order.

HB 687, PN 3902:  The bill amends the Guaranteed Energy Savings Act by further providing for energy savings contracts and contract provisions.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 1320, PN 1859:  This measure names I-84 within the borders of Pennsylvania as the “Fallen Trooper Memorial Highway.”  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 929, PN 2062:  The legislation creates the Higher Education College Textbook Affordability, Accountability and Accessibility Act, which places requirements on textbook publishers as it relates to pricing, notification and unbundling of textbooks and supplemental materials.  Senator Dinniman offered amendment A07679 which defines the term Integrated textbook.  The Senate agreed to the amendment and the bill went over in its order.

SB 1328, PN 1901:  The bill amends the Board of Vehicles Act, further providing for definitions and for unlawful acts by manufacturers or distributors.  Senator Erickson offered amendment A07611 which was technical in nature.  The Senate agreed to the amendment and the bill went over in its order.

SR 357, PN 2053:  The resolution congratulates the Local Government Commission on its 75th Anniversary. A vote of 49-0 was recorded.
