HB 75, PN 3827 (Marsico) – Amends Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses), 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) and 44 (Law and Justice) to further provide for failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

HB 1343, PN 3828 (Baker) – House Bill 1343 creates the Commonwealth Higher Education Modernization Act and makes several repeals.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

HB 1720, PN 2589 (Hennessey) – This legislation amends Title 20 (Decedents, Estates and Fiduciaries) to provide for uniform adult guardianship and protective proceedings jurisdiction.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

HB 1820, PN 3687 (Delozier) – This legislation amends the Minimum Wage Act to provide for certain exceptions to mandatory overtime restrictions.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

HB 2027, PN 2776 (Cox) –  This bill designates State Route 422 from the intersection of SR 724 in Sinking Spring, Berks County to the west end of Robesonia, Berks County as the Kyle D. Pagerly Memorial Highway.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

HB 2406, PN 3829 (Helm) – This legislation authorizes the Department of General Services to convey certain lands located throughout the Commonwealth.  This bill is an omnibus land conveyance bill.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

HB 1908, PN 3724 (Micozzie) – The bill creates the Towing and Towing Storage Facility Standards Act.  Senator Tomlinson offered amendment A12560, which amends the language pertaining to standards for tow truck operators following an accident.  The amendment was agreed to and the bill was re-referred to the Committee on Appropriations.
