HB 1525 PN 3714 (Ellis): Provides for an exception to the requirement that a health club must have an employee trained and certified to administer CPR present during the club’s hours of operation. The bill was approved unanimously.

HB 1934 PN 3589 (F. Keller): Amends Act 101 of 1988, the Municipal Waste Planning, Recycling, and Waste Reduction Act, to exclude the population of a state or federal facility that conducts a recycling program administered by a state or federal government from the municipality’s total population count when this count is used to determine a municipality’s required compliance with the recycling law. The bill was approved unanimously.
