Post Session Report: June 5, 2013

SB 1, PN 1162 (Rafferty)- This measure amends Title 20, Title 74 and Title 75 in order to generate additional revenue for all modes of Transportation infrastructure within the Commonwealth.  A vote of 45-5 was recorded.

HB 492, PN 1424 (Vereb)-Amends the Crime Victims Act regarding the rights of victims before the Board of Probation and Parole.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 797, PN 1148 (Browne)-Amends Titles 24 (Education) and 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the calculation of military members’ Public School Employees Retirement System benefits.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 798, PN 818 (Browne)-Amends the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, further providing for rights preserved during leave of absence.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

HB 818, PN 928 (Oberlander)-Amends Title 40 (Insurance) by adding a chapter entitled “Compliance with Federal Health Legislation” which outlines the conditions for abortion coverage in the health insurance exchanges.  A vote of 31-19 was recorded.
