SB 818, PN 2007 (Baker) – This legislation amends Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in juvenile matters, providing for disposition information.  The Senate concurred in House amendments to Senate amendments by a vote of 48-0.

SB 86, PN 1680 (Greenleaf) – This bill amends both Title 75 (Vehicles) and Title 18 (Crimes) as it pertains to Motor Vehicle Chop Shop and Illegally Obtained and Altered Property Act.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

SB 790, PN 2008 (Earll) – The bill amends the Liquor Code (Act 21 of 1951) by allowing for direct wine shipment.  Senator Ferlo offered A09445, which would require anyone seeking a license to provide documentation that he/she has obtained a sales tax license.  The amendment was agreed to and the bill went over in its order as amended.

HB 1054, PN 3214 (Mustio) – The bill amends the Engineer, Land Surveyor and Geologist Registration Law by allowing a retired licensee to obtain a retired-status license.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

SB 1200, PN 2035 (Folmer) – The bill amends Title 62 (Procurement), further providing for sole source procurement and for emergency procurement.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

SB 1329, PN 2010 (Dinniman) – This bill amends the Animal Destruction Method Authorization Law to prohibit the method of carbon monoxide gas as a form to destroy animals.  Senator Dinniman offered A09469, further specifying prohibited means of destruction of animals.  The amendment was agreed to and the bill went over in its order as amended.

SB 1429, PN 1968 (Vance) – This bill designates the bridge carrying State Route 114 over Interstate 81 in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County as the Corporal Paul Walters Memorial Bridge.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded.
