SB 1351, PN 1873 (Vance) – The bill amends the Vital Statistics Law of 1953 by permitting a certified registered nurse practitioner (CRNP) to sign death certificates.  Senator Vance offered amendment A10021, which was technical in nature.  The amendment was agreed to and the bill went over in its order as amended.

HB 1702, PN 3331 (Gingrich) – Amends Act 581 of 1965 (Borough Code) to modernize and recodify the statute.  A vote of 45-0 was recorded.

HB 2192, 3077 (Quinn) – This bill designates a bridge carrying U.S. Route 202 over an unnamed branch of the Neshaminy Creek in Doylestown Township, Bucks County as the First Lieutenant Colby J. Umbrell Memorial Bridge.  A vote of 45-0 was recorded.

HB 2246, PN 3195 (Quinn) – This bill designates the bridge carrying U.S. Route 202 over the Neshaminy Creek in Doylestown Township, Bucks County as the First Lieutenant Travis Lemma Manion Memorial Bridge.  A vote of 45-0 was recorded.

SR 277, PN 2126 (Pileggi) – This resolution provides for a temporary rule of the Senate, which would rule out of order certain amendments to General Appropriation Bills for the fiscal year 2012-2013.  The resolution was adopted.
