SB 31, PN 1849 (Fontana)– Amends Title 23 (Domestic Relations) in child protective services, further providing for definitions, for persons required to report suspected child abuse and for investigating performance of county agency; repealing provisions relating to definitions, school employees, administration, investigation, responsibilities of county agency for child protective services and report information; and further providing for services for prevention, investigation and treatment of child abuse. The Senate concurred on House amendments. A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 1037, PN 1945 (Vogel) – Amends the Air Pollution Control Act, further providing for powers and duties of Department of Environmental Protection. The Senate concurred on House amendments. A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

HB 1214, PN 1528 (Baker) – Designates a bridge on that portion of S.R. 58001, known as Elk Run Road, over the Pine Creek, Gaines Township, Tioga County as the SFC William Boyle Memorial Bridge. A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

HB 1431, PN 2648 (Grove) – Designates the bridge on State Route 3072, Hanover Road, near its intersection with State Route 3092, Lake Road, in Spring Grove Borough, York County, as the Corporal Luke S. Runyan Memorial Bridge; designating the traffic circle on State Route 116 at Hanover Road and Roth’s Church Road in Spring Grove, York County, as the Officer David D. Tome Memorial Circle; designating a bridge on State Route 116 in Spring Grove Borough, York County, as the Specialist Cameron J. Stambaugh Memorial Bridge; designating a bridge on that portion of State Route 4002 between Intermediate Avenue and Municipal Drive in Dover Borough, York County, as the Specialist Zachary R. Clouser Memorial Bridge; and designating the bridge on State Route 74 between Drawbaugh Avenue and Mill Alley, Dover Borough, York County, as the Sergeant Brett E. Walden Memorial Bridge. A vote of 49-0 was recorded.
