SB 1073, PN 1459 (Brown) – Senate Bill 1073 is a vehicle for the General Appropriations bill.  This bill is the $30.5 billion negotiated budget for the 2015-16 fiscal year.  A vote of 43-7 was recorded.

SB 604, PN 597 (Wiley) – This bill amends Title 30 (Fish) to allow broader allocation of proceeds from the Lake Erie fishing permits.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

HB 909, PN 1126 (Ross) – This bill would amend the Real Estate Tax Sale Law (RETSL) to authorize counties to recover the costs of rehabilitation and maintenance of properties exposed to but not sold at an upset sale.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 1082, PN 1460 (Browne) – This bill establishes a Defined Contribution (DC) retirement benefit plan for most new members of the Pennsylvania School Employees Retirement System (PSERS) and the State Employees Retirement System (SERS); adds a Cash Balance retirement benefit tier to the existing Defined Benefit (DB) structure that will be mandatory for new members and optional for pre-2016 active members, and modify the future benefit entitlements of current members of both PSERS and SERS.  A vote of 38-12 was recorded.

HB 1161, PN 1512 (Harhart) – The bill amends the Board of Vehicles Act to clarify that a licensed sales person may sell at more than one dealership provided that common ownership exists between the dealerships.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.
