SB 1283, PN 1960 (Browne) – This legislation would make an appropriation from the General Fund’s restricted revenue account to the Public Utility Commission (PUC).  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

HB 60, PN 1921 (Baker) – This bill amends the Insurance Company Law of 1921 by placing certain cost sharing restrictions on pharmaceutical benefits offered as part of a health insurance plan.  Senator White offered amendment A09110, which makes some clarification and technical changes to the bill, and removes a limitation that the bill only applies when intravenous or injected chemotherapy medications are not equally medically effective.  The amendment was agreed to and the bill went over in its order as amended.

SB 141, PN 1957 (Greenleaf) – The legislation amends Title 68 (Real and Personal Property) to provide for disclosure of a property’s flooding history by the seller.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 1226, PN 1963 (Vulakovich) – This bill aligns the Veterans Trust Fund and the Veterans Temporary Assistance Program.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 1265, PN 1974 (White) – Amends the Wage Payment and Collection Law allowing employers the option to pay an employees’ wages in the form of a debit card.  A vote of 43-6 was recorded.

HB 2034, PN 3273 (A. Harris) – This bill authorizes the Department of General Services to convey land located in Juniata County to the Juniata County Historical Society.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

HB 2035, PN 3274 (A. Harris) – This bill authorizes the Department of General Services to convey land located in Mifflin County to the Mifflin County Historical Society.  A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

SB 1267, PN 1893 (Rafferty) – SB 1267 amends the Department of Transportation’s Green Light-Go Program to allow a municipality to enter into an agreement with PennDOT to replace, synchronize and time traffic signals located within a critical or designated traffic corridor.  Senator Gordner offered amendment A09115 on behalf of Senator Corman.  The amendment requires PennDOT to evaluate the effectiveness of automated red light enforcement systems in Philadelphia.  The amendment was agreed to and the bill went over in its order as amended.
