SB 30, PN 11 (Eichelberger) – This bill amends Title 30 (Fish) by giving the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission the power to set fees for fishing and boating in the Commonwealth (this is currently done by the Legislature). A vote of 47-2 was recorded.
SB 192, PN 224 (Stefano) – This bill amends Title 34 (Game) by giving the Pennsylvania Game Commission the power to set fees for hunting and furtaking in the Commonwealth (this is currently done by the Legislature). A vote of 47-2 was recorded.
SR 36, PN 552 (Folmer) – This resolution urges Congress to reauthorize the Rohrabacher-Farr Amendment, which prevents the Department of Justice from spending funds to interfere with the implementation of state medical marijuana laws. The Senate approved the resolution, 47-2.
