HB 1483, PN 2358 (Quinn) – Amends the Portable Electronics Insurance Act to require 60-days’ notice
of any policy coverage changes to vendor policyholders and enrolled customers. Senator White offered amendment A03738 which stipulates that a vendor policyholder or enrolled customer must agree to receive notices electronically. The amendment was agreed to and the bill went over in its order as amended.
