SB 21, PN 1427 (Ward)-Amends Title 23, (Domestic Relations) to clarify mandated reports under the Child Protective Services Law.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

 SB 22, PN 1386 (Ward)- Amends Title 23, (Domestic Relations) to increase the penalties in the Child Protective Services Law for failing to report suspected child abuse.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 23, PN 1428 (Baker)-Amends Title 23, (Domestic Relations) to overhaul the definition of perpetrator and person’s responsible for a child’s welfare in the Child Protective Services Law.  A vote of 5 0-0 was  recorded.

SB 33, PN 1431 (Mensch)- Adds a new section to Title 23, (Domestic Relations) for employment discrimination protection in the Child Protective Services Law.  A vote o f 50-0 was recorded.

HB 1483, PN 2426 (Quinn)-Amends the Portable Electronics Insurance Act to require 60-days’ notice of any policy coverage changes to vendor policyholders and enrolled customers.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.
