SR 70, PN 789 (Mensch)- A Resolution directing the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to study the issue of specialty tier prescription drug pricing in Pennsylvania. Senator Mensch offered amendment A04030 which states that the committee report its findings and recommendations to the Senate no later than July 15, 2014. The Senate amended and adopted the resolution.
