SB 497, PN 1293 (Eichelberger) – This legislation is a Re-Codification and Modernization of the Third Class City Code as prepared by the Local Government Commission.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 894, PN 1504 (Alloway) – This bill amends the Judicial Code, Title 42 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, authorizing the Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners (PBLE) to require criminal history record checks.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

HB 925, PN 2552 (P. Costa) – The bill designates bridges in Allegheny County as the AMVETS Memorial Bridge.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 1066, PN 1344 (Yaw) – This bill designates the bridge carrying PA Route 973 over the Hoagland Run in Lycoming Township, Lycoming County as the Bruce E. Bartley, Sr., Bridge.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 1068, PN 1348 (Alloway) – This bill amends Title 34 (Game) to further provide for permits for dog training areas.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 1097, PN 1367 (White) – This bill designates the section of SR 4007 in Indiana Borough, from Philadelphia Street to North Fourth Street, as the James Nance Memorial Highway.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.
