SB 358, PN 1516 (Mensch)-An Act requiring the notification of breast density to patients who receive a mammogram.  The Senate concurred on House amendments.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 648, PN 1476 (Alloway)-Amends Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in enforcement, further providing for liability for actions of others.  The Senate concurred on House amendments.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 81, PN 1047 (Greenleaf)-Amends the Volunteer Health Services Act to expand it to include mental health services provided to military personnel and their family.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

HB 88, PN 529 (Miller)-Clarifies the 15-day leave of absence for active duty military personnel working in civilian jobs.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

HB 290, PN 2581 (Brooks)-Amends the Local Option Small Games of Chance Act to permit new games of chance; provide for prize limits; provide for regulations of the Department of Revenue (DOR); provide for licensing of eligible organizations to conduct small games; further provide for reports by club licensees and distribution of proceeds; further provides for revocation of licenses; and to provide for social card games.  A vote of 45-5 was recorded.

HB 1098, PN 2580 (Payne)-Amends the Local Option Small Games of Chance Act to further provide for definitions, for major league sports drawing, for licensing of eligible organizations to conduct games of chance and to allow for tavern gaming.  A vote of 39-11 was recorded.

SB 680 PN 1517 (Corman)-Provides for the Capital Budget Project Itemization Act of 2012-2013.  The Senate concurred on House amendments.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.
